- The Grants covers logestic costs
- Priority in Grants is given to governors, directors, and experts who submit a research presentation and a full scientific paper.

To request and apply for financial grants, there are some conditions and notes:
- Scholarships will be awarded to approximately 20 participants, including 10 key experts selected by the scientific committee.
- The scholarship covers local costs (accommodation, meals, and internal transportation), but does not include international airfare to and from AlUla.
- Priority in scholarships is given to governors, directors, and experts who submit a research presentation and a full scientific paper.
